We booked a wonderful and neat room. All of the staff were EXCEPTIONAL, incredibly kind. The hotel's location was central, in a nice area. Moreover, it was close enough to Abuja and a farmers market and restaurant below.

The location in a central area was magnificent and unbeatable and there were a market and stores nearby. Also, it was 15 min drive from a Millennium park.

The location was magnificent and absolutely perfect there, in the center of Abuja. Moreover, it's short walk to the bar/restaurant, a farmers market, and coffee shop.

The staff were friendly and helpful, the location was excellent, and the surrounding area was pleasant. We even found great places to eat nearby, like Chopsticks and Caesar's.

The highlight of my stay was the delicious buffet breakfast at the hotel. It was like a food paradise with a wide variety of options to choose from. The continental dishes were mouthwatering, and the halal options were a pleasant surprise. It was a breakfast experience I won't forget!

The rooms at Sinclair Guest House are fantastic! They are air-conditioned and have free WiFi, which is perfect for staying connected. The beds are incredibly comfortable with premium bedding, giving you a great night's sleep. The rooms also have a desk, flat-screen TV, and a private bathroom, making it feel like a home away from home.

Personally, I found the tile/marble floor in the double room a bit cold. But hey, that's just my preference, others might enjoy it!

We had an amazing experience during our recent stay here. The hotel is located in a great area which provided us with access to various attractions around. The staff here were very polite and kept the hotel to the standard we expected. They made sure our room was clean and comfortable with amenities like air conditioning and ironing facilities. The restaurant onsite was a great addition with a variety of tasty breakfast options to choose from. We also enjoyed the leisure/tv room which was perfect to unwind after a busy day.

We highly recommend this place to anyone visiting.
